The Monroe Doctrine—this is what
Black faces in high places look like:

CAPITAL FLOWS AS IT PLEASES.
EXTRACTIVE AND RAPACIOUS,
IT CROSSES BORDERS WHEN IT
WISHES.
BUT YOU—LABOR—YOU CANNOT.
DO NOT GO. DO NOT COME. STAY!
DO NOT FLEE CONSEQUENCES OF
POLICIES WE CREATED.
STAY! DO NOT COME. STAY
IN YOUR SHIT-HOLE COUNTRIES!

DO NOT SEEK ASYLUM. DO NOT FLEE
VIOLENCE. THE DEATH THREATS AND
CORRUPTION ARE NOT REAL. STAY!
DO NOT FLEE CLIMATE CRISIS. STAY!

THE HOUSE IS NOT ON FIRE. STAY! DO
NOT FLEE. STAY! DO NOT COME. STAY!
DO NOT SHOUT “FIRE!” THE THEATER
IS CROWDED. STAY!
KABUKI THEATER IS CROWDED. DO NOT
SHOUT “FIRE!” THE DRONE RANGER
BOSS TWEET SCHMO BIDEN ARE ALL DE-
PORTER-IN-CHIEFS. STAY! DO NOT FLEE.

STAY DO NOT GO. STAY! DO NOT COME. STAY!
YOU WILL BE TURNED BACK: STAY! YOUR FAMILIES
WILL BE SPLIT APART LIKE A PIG’S FOOT. AND YOUR
CHILDREN WILL BE KIDNAPPED AND BECOME THE
PROPERTY OF ICE PRIESTS IN SANCTUARY CITIES OF
SEX-TRAFFICKING. DO NOT GO. DO NOT COME. STAY!
STAY! DO NOT FLEE. STAY! THE VIOLENCE/CORRUPTION
WILL GO AWAY ONE DAY. THE GANGS WILL DISAPPEAR.

IT IS FOLLY TO FLEE: STAY! DO NOT GO.
STAY! DO NOT COME: STAY!
YOU WILL BE TURNED BACK: STAY! DO NOT
FLEE THE GANGS. THEY WILL NOT HURT YOU.
OK. THEY WILL KILL YOU. BUT QUICKLY. IT WON’T
LAST LONG. STAY! STAY AND AND WRITE YOUR
LEGACIES AND CHILDREN’S FUTURES IN BLOOD. STAY!
