Dr. Jemima Pierre is a professor in the African American Studies and Anthropology Departments at UCLA. She is a contributing editor to Black Agenda Report and a co-coordinator of the Black Alliance for Peace Haiti and the Americas Team. This week Black Agenda Report is giving special attention to Haiti. Dr. Pierre joins us from Los Angeles to discuss US policy towards Haiti and the newest call for an invasion.
