Black Agenda Radio · Biden's Pardon and the Challenge of Changing Marijuana Laws

Morgan Fox is the Political Director of NORML, a voice for responsible marijuana consumers which advocates for changes in public policy regarding marijuana. He joins us to discuss the Biden administration proclamation of October 6, 2022, which provided pardons for those with federal marijuana possession convictions. New congressional legislation is needed to change marijuana laws. Morgan Fox joins us from Washington.
