Prudence Iticka and Obioma Ohia are Pan-African organizers and members of the Coalition for the Elimination of Imperialism in Africa. They recently returned from a delegation which travelled to Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso, nations which recently formed the Alliance of Sahel States. Prudence joins us from Calgary, Canada and Obi from Baltimore to discuss their observations about this effort at self-determination for African nations.
