This week we listen to BAR’s 2017 analysis of the protection afforded Rwanda’s Paul Kagame by the human rights industrial complex, which works closely with the U.S. state. In the second part of our discussion with BAR’s poet in residence Raymond Nat Turner, he discusses the connections between art and politics and an upcoming performance in Harlem.
