Dr. Gerald Horne is an author and historian who currently holds the John J. and Rebecca Moores Chair of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston. Secretary of State Antony Blinken attempts to make amends in Beijing with Xi Jinping and other officials. The Ukrainian counter offensive is not going in Ukraine’s favor but the US continues to escalate. Dr. Horne discusses these and other foreign policy issues with Black Agenda Radio.
