Frank Chapman is Executive Director of the National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression. That organization has led the fight for community control of the police, with the creation of the Community Commission on Public Safety and Accountability, and the election of community members to district councils which will take place in February 2023. Frank Chapman joins us from Chicago.
