Why, Negroz in Souf Calina still got cotton in dey ears…
Yes, suh, Dem Souf Calina Negroz has got a lot to lurn—
An’ I’m wureed de mastur techur Unca Jim Clyburn…

Now, considur dis: Souf Calina where de Cibil War start—
crakkkers boastin’ dey desindents ob Gen. Bowreegart!
Son, Souf Calina wus de fus slave terris state to seksede—
Dey fired de fus shots, an’ got to be de fus ones to bleed…
Wus crackkkers in Souf Calina dat launch de Cibil War—
