STOP neo-Con Chippendales Trump, Pompeo and Pence
provoking wars with countries, calling it ‘’self-defense—’’
STOP neo-Con Chippendales Abrams, Bolton and Barr
‘gainst Supreme Leader, Capitalist Roader, New Czar!
STOP their stripping steps of collusion and contention—
their torturous moves ‘gainst the Geneva Convention
STOP the deadly dancers in the middle of their show—
Planet’s People uniting and shouting—one voice: NO!
Raymond Nat Turner is a NYC poet privileged to have read at the Harriet Tubman Centennial Symposium. He is Artistic Director of the stalwart JazzPoetry Ensemble UpSurge and has appeared at numerous festivals and venues including the Monterey Jazz Festival and Panafest in Ghana West Africa.
