“If we are serious about overthrowing this system,” said Larry Hamm, of the Newark, New Jersey-based People’s Organization for Progress, “we’re going to have to build a mass movement that has large numbers of people.” Hamm spoke at the National Assembly for Black Liberation, in Durham, North Carolina.
