The Democrats and Republicans are both proven evils. “Donald Trump is a devoted racist and xenophobe and Hillary Clinton is an imperialist who has a track record of destroying human life.” Now if the time for Black people to “take possession of the politics within our communities and put forth our own revolutionary candidates who represent our collective interests.”

Hillary Clinton, The Democratic Party Plantation and The Black Political Pundits Who Do Their Bidding

“Only revolutionary change will ever create conditions conducive to African/people gaining substantive self-determination and social justice.”

Routinely the United States presidential election cycle summons some of the most reactionary behavior imaginable. Politically domesticated African/black pundits never cease from urging their African/black followers to make sure they vote for the Democratic candidate---in this case it is the Wicked Witch of the West, Hillary Clinton.

Willing pawns, like Roland Martin, have been working overtime in campaigning for Hillary Clinton and pleading with African/black voters to get out and support the forked-tongued warmonger. Roland Martin, like many others of his ilk, assures his followers that a Clinton presidency will not only be much better than a Trump presidency, but that it will also bring them progress. He, like his duplicitous white media counterparts, methodically ignores alternative candidates, such as the Jill Stein/Ajamu Baraka (Green Party) ticket, and why their platform is so vastly different than that of the Democrats or Republicans. This absence of information is not by accident, it is purposeful; Roland Martin is a Democratic Party operative -- plain and simple.

Stooges like Ronald Martin, Joy-Ann Reid, Don Lemon and many others are useful tools in the arsenal of the Democratic Party’s bag of tricks. These types of black political talking heads work on behalf of the Democratic Party just as Donna Brazile does; the only difference is that she is actually on their payroll. The white Democratic political plantation masters rely on African/black luminaries and media pundits to help corral masses of politically domesticated African/black voters onto the vast Democratic Party plantation. It is on this political plantation that they will undergo further mass programming geared towards training them to continually vote against their collective interests. Unfortunately, if this trend continues without radical and revolutionary interruption, the masses of African/black people will remain second-class citizens within the United States.

“The white Democratic political plantation masters rely on African/black luminaries and media pundits to help corral masses of politically domesticated African/black voters.”

A nation that was established as a white settler colony continues to operate like one.  Only revolutionary change will ever create conditions conducive to African/people gaining substantive self-determination and social justice. Neither Donald Trump nor Hillary Clinton presidencies will ever bring African/black people closer to sustained prosperity.  Donald Trump is a devoted racist and xenophobe, however Hillary Clinton is an imperialist who has a track record of destroying human life. She is a warmonger who was one of the evil architects of the bombing and destruction of Libya. She crackled like a wicked witch when Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddafi, was barbarically assassinated. She was one of her husband’s biggest supporters when it came to his 1990s Crime Bill that paved the way for heightened mass incarceration of African/black people in the US and the hyper-policing of their communities.  Had Donald Trump referred to African/black youth as “Super Predators,” just as Hillary Clinton did, the politically domesticated black folks would be all over him for saying such a racist thing -- but she gets a pass. Her husband’s policies, which she openly supported, have been responsible for imprisoning countless African/black people. And she and her husband have contributed to the ongoing exploitation of the island nation of Haiti, as well as the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Donald Trump is a racist and a xenophobic buffoon who has said many reprehensible things, however Hillary Clinton is a woman who has done many evil things, including destroying innumerable lives. No matter what Democratic candidates do it seems not to matter when it comes to most African/black voters -- they unconditionally give their votes to that party’s presidential nominee. This author is not advocating voting for the other half (Republican) of the two-party dictatorship, however I am suggesting that we pay much more attention to alternative political parties such as the Green Party.

“She is a warmonger who was one of the evil architects of the bombing and destruction of Libya.”

African/black people need to completely abandon the Democratic and Republican Party plantations. Both are political plantations, however African/black people seem to prefer the Democrats’ political prison. When Republicans are in office African/black people are much more vocal and eager to organize against their destructive policies. However, when a Democrat is in office, such as Barack Obama, African/black people have no limit to the amount of excuses for their destructive policies, including imperialist wars and crimes against humanity.  Democrats, like their Republican counterparts, bomb innocent civilians throughout the globe, they could not give a damn about African/black people achieving their overall liberation from institutional racism or gaining self-determination. Don't believe me; the Democrats’ track record is all the proof any intellectually honest person should need.

It is time for African/black people to cease from voting for the so-called lesser of two evils. Either way, both Democrats and Republics remain evil to their capitalist core. Destroying innocent civilians, via imperialist wars, is a most evil act, plain and simple. We must be better than what we have exhibited within the corrupt and rigged United States’ electoral system. It is time to throw our weight behind political candidates (and political parties such as the Green Party) whose platforms are geared towards getting us closer to self-determination, social justice and a world free of imperialist wars. We must also be willing to take possession of the politics within our communities and put forth our own revolutionary candidates who represent our collective interests. These interests include, but are not limited to, community control of the police, an end to structural racism, constructing world-class public schools, universal healthcare, and the eradication of poverty. However, until we collectively abscond from the Democratic and Republican Party plantations, these goals will never be unattainable. There is no better time than now to politically liberate ourselves -- we have everything to gain.  Freedom from institutional racism and structural oppression are attainable. However, we must have the collective and unified courage to break free of the status quo. Our future depends on it!
