Militarist Medley Of the Wicked Witch of The West

by BAR poet in residence Raymond Nat Turner

I.

Chevron cauldron of Kool-Aid bubbling green,

fracking fluid for Dem-witted monkeys readying

to fly in formation from Philly to the Pentagon;

methane clouds, ghastly skull and bones

hovering like ā€œA little poisonā€¦ā€ from Monsanto

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Broomstick by Boeing, the Wicked Witch of The

West, Golda-plated Iron Lady, Haliburton hustler,

who in a just world would be standing trial at The

Hague; instead, she dances on Goldman-Sachs of

dark money; her coven cackling, ā€œWe fudged, we

Spun—We lied! We came, we saw—he died!ā€

ā€œWe fudged, we spun—We lied! We came, we saw—

He died!ā€

She covets the Ruby Combat Boots on The

Commander who should also be at The Hague…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

Don’t drink—Don’t’ drink—Don’t drink…

II.

She strafes, just like a warlord

Yes, she does

She makes war just like a warlord—

And she takes just like a warlord—

But she fakes like a Goldwater Girl…

She plays dominoes with Negroz—

Yes, she does

Everybody knows her deadly warriors’

Pose—everybody except Negroz!

Nobody here feels any pain’

When she splatters a baby’s blood and brain…’

Aw, I must admit that it’s time for me to spit:

III.

There is a bomb in Killiary—

May be World War III?

There is a bomb in Killiary

Another killing spree…

There is a bomb in Killiary,

To keep the wars all going…

There is a bomb in Killiary,

Enriching thugs like Boeing…

There is a bomb in Killiary,

Women and children die

There is a bomb in Killiary,

To bleed people dry…

ā€˜Cause she can lie like Cheney,

and she can kill like Calley—

You wouldn’t want to meet her

At midnight in the alley…

(Repeat 1x every 4 years)

Based on Bob Dylan’s ā€œJust Like A Womanā€ and the

Traditional ā€œBalm In Gilead,ā€ Nina Simone’s versions
