Dr. Gerald Horne is an author and historian who currently holds the John J. and Rebecca Moores Chair of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston. His most recent book is "I Dare Say: a Gerald Horne Reader." He joins us from Houston to discuss the International Court of Justice's order for Israel to cease operations in Rafah which was quickly followed by Israel’s bombing of a refugee camp there.
