Black Agenda Radio · South African Lawyer Provides Evidence of Israel's Genocidal Intent

Tembeka Ngcukaitobi is a South African lawyer and legal scholar. He is counsel for South Africa at the International Court of Justice and delivered these remarks in his presentation to the world court on January 11, making the case for South Africa’s charge that Israel has practiced genocidal intent in Gaza. In portions of the remarks, he makes reference to video being shown in the courtroom during his presentation.
