Nick Encalada-Malinowski is Director of the Civil Rights Union campaign at Vocal-NY. He joins us from New York City to discuss the need for reforms in the post-conviction process in New York state and the prospect of passing the Challenging Wrongful Conviction Act. Half of all counties in New York state have never had an exoneration.
