He joins us to discuss the Biden administration proclamation of October 6, 2022, which provided pardons for those with federal marijuana possession convictions. At first glance the initiative seemed to be promising, but 4 months later, there is still no pardon process in place and the proclamation was less beneficial than it first appeared.
