Black Agenda Radio · Charges Dismissed Against Tracy McCarter

In the September 23, 2022 segment of Black Agenda Radio we discussed the case of Tracy McCarter. The New York City nurse was charged with murder as she attempted to defend herself from her violent estranged husband. The Manhattan District Attorney recently dismissed those charges and ended her ordeal. Amy Goodman covered this story on November 29 on her program Democracy Now! in an interview with attorney Victoria Law. Beth Richie can also be heard in this excerpt from that program.
