Patrick Berry is a counsel in the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where he focuses on voting rights restoration and promoting fair, diverse, and impartial courts. He joins us from New York to discuss Florida’s prosecution of 30 people with past felony convictions who believed they were eligible to vote.
