Dr. Nicole Priceis the Forbes Books author of Spark The Heart: Engineering Empathy In Your Organization. She also is the CEO of Lively Paradox, a professional coaching business that focuses on practicing empathy in leadership. She joins Black Agenda Radio from Kansas City, Missouri to discuss the issue of gun violence generally and racist violence, which is often wrongly attributed to mental illness. The recent killings of three black people in Jacksonville, Florida is just the latest example of this phenomenon.
