Poor People’s Campaign Aims to Change “Political Narrative”

The Poor People’s Campaign seeks to “change the political narrative in this country,” said Rev Graylon Hagler, senior pastor of the Plymouth United Church of Christ, who as been arrested three times in campaign demonstrations. “The faith groups that have been lifted up by the commercial media have been those reactionary groups -- the white evangelicals, the folks that are against everybody that is not white.”
