He joins us from Washington to discuss the ongoing crisis in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda’s continued intervention with their M23 militia, Congo’s offer of minerals access to the U.S. government, and the signing of a peace agreement in Washington on June 27, 2025.
