Black Agenda Radio · Omali Yeshitela on the Uhuru 3 Sentencing and the Indictment of the U.S.

Omali Yeshitela is chairman of the African People's Socialist Party. He and his Uhuru 3 co-defendants, Penny Hess and Jesse Nevel, were recently convicted of conspiracy in a federal case alleging that they acted under the influence of the Russian government. Their sentencing is scheduled for December 16, but on December 5th and 12th an animated trial reenactment will appear online, and on December 7 the Hands Off Uhuru Fightback Coalition will present a webinar: "African People's Indictment of the U.S. Government: Exposing the History of the Government's Unending Conspiracy Against the Black Community and Free Speech." Omali Yeshitela joins us from St. Louis to discuss their case.
