Milton Perez is a leader in the Homelessness Union at Vocal-NY. He joins us from New York City to discuss the lack of affordable housing which was shown in the enormous demand for Section 8 vouchers, with more than 600,000 people applying in just one week. He joins us to talk about the housing access voucher program which Vocal-NY supports.
