We also talked about U.S. policy towards Niger, which has publicly declared that it is no longer permitting U.S. military facilities to operate in that country. But first, we talk to a former Black Agenda Report contributor about China, U.S. policy towards that country, and what we can learn from person-to-person contact with that country.
