On the presence, and likely not the passing of Bill O'Reilly....

Big Lie Goliath… Prelude:

by BAR poet in residence Raymond Nat Turner

O’Reilly
Clinton
Cosby—
nothing in common—
Save wealth, power, fame;
and four-letter words—not “of
Rights,” dogging their name…

I.
O’Warhead, head-fixer,
flamethrower, fluent
in Forked-Tongue;
O’Master of misinformation,
disinformation, half-truths,
Big lies—
O’Goebbels godson:
Drum Major for war
How many missiles
did you bless with venom?
How many bombs did
you slather in bile?
How many babies
did your spleen father
as ‘Collateral Damage?’
How many pages
does your crimson-
stained resumé run?

II.
O’FOX-box bully, high-
salaried henchman—
Women you terrorized
Spat at your sneering visage
Vanishing
from 52” screens—
Persons without pulses
screamed, stadium-loud:
“Shut-up!”
