Savor the flavor
Of leather, gather

Huffin’ and puffin’
‘Bout recent wrongs—

Franchises and sub-contracts,

Out of office in penitentiary
Yards, Lorraine balcony, Audubon
Ballroom, bedroom-voting booths—

Later, hanging judges, not chads
