Bill Quigley

🖨️ Print Article

Actor, rapper & human rights activist Yasiin Bey, aka Mos Def graphically demonstrates a little of what Uncle Sam's untried, un-accused, unsentenced but permanently incarcerated prisoners at Guantanamo Bay & elsewhere undergo every day... not for the faint of heart. From the Guardian, where you can find much more real journalistic coverage of the NSA and more.

Those comfy but cowardly pundits and wannabees who solemnly declare that legitimate dissenters of all types have a moral obligation to turn themselves in to the tender mercies of the US government should take heed, or better yet try it sometime themselves. Doubtless MHP and Joy-Ann Reid would be delighted to administer the procedure.
