NCOBRA's Kamm Howard on the status and prospects for reparations legislation on Capitol Hill. Now that Detroit's Rep. John Conyers has retired, reparations activists are on the hunt for new legislative sponsors, and NCOBRA is preparing a guidebook for national distribution to student and grassroots organizations.
