US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley dismissed and ridiculed a UN report on entrenched poverty in the US because “the US does not recognized economic, social and cultural rights as, in fact, human rights,” said Black Alliance for Peace national organizer Ajamu Baraka, on the Sputnik Radio program “Loud and Clear.” The US last week withdrew from the UN Human Right Council.
