“The real problem” the US confronts in Syria, said Sara Flounders, of the International Action Center, is that “every one of the forces that they have for eight years armed, equipped and trained has been defeated.” Democrats and the rest of the War Party refuse to accept that “they can no longer simply decide to take down a country any time they feel like it.”
