Denzel Burke is Co-Founder and Co-Director of R.E.A.L. Youth Initiative in Illinois, which develops revolutionary consciousness and community among current and formerly incarcerated youth towards abolition of prisons and the conditions that reproduce them.
He joins us to talk about his work and the inspiration of the late Martin Sostre, the legendary prison abolitionist who was born 100 years ago.
