We’re joined by two members of the Spirit of Mandela Coalition and About the People. Raven is host of the podcast, In Defense of Liberation, a worker, and a transgender organizer in Central New York. She is a member of the Black Alliance for Peace Solidarity Network and the BAP Prisoner Support Committee. Kevin Steele is a formerly enslaved incarcerated person and an organizer with Spirit of Mandela, the Peoples' Senate and the Campaign to Bring Mumia Home. He’s also an independent screenwriter and film maker.
