Shaquille Fontenot is a co-chair of the National Network on Cuba and a co-founder of the Low Country Action Committee in Charleston, South Carolina. She joined us from Charleston to discuss the recent actions taken to get Cuba removed from the "State Sponsors of Terrorism" list and the impact of sanctions generally.
