Kevin “Rashid” Johnson has been bounced from prisons in Virginia, Oregon and Texas, and recently disappeared altogether, alarming his comrades in the New Afrikan Black Panther Party, which he co-founded. Johnson was finally located in a Florida prison, in solitary confinement.
