Danny Shaw is an author and activist who, until recently, was a professor at the City University of New York. He speaks with us from New York, where he is participating in the ongoing protest at his alma mater, Columbia University, where students are protesting the institution’s involvement with Israel and mobilizing in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Jalsa, a member of Columbia University Apartheid Divestment, joins him.
