Dr. Bertrhude Albert is the co-founder of P4H Global, an organization dedicated to teacher training in Haiti. She joins us from Florida to discuss the construction of the Ouanaminthe canal, a people's effort to provide farming communities with access to water. She explains the history of the Massacre River and the project's importance to the Haitian people.
