Black Agenda Radio · Democrats Complicit in Israel’s Crimes

The late Bruce Dixon, who was BAR Managing Editor and co-founder, delivered this commentary in May 2018. After Glen Ford’s introduction to this piece, he explained that while Donald Trump was a champion for Israel in Washington, the democrats are no different. We see this now during a democratic administration, which is just as devoted to the Zionist project. Prescient as he was, Bruce even foresaw Kamala Harris being a future presidential nominee.

Just like we glorified the black leather jackets, black berets, and guns in the 60s, we still romanticize African people with guns and mouths that fire more inaccurately than the guns they carry.
