Foreign policy is our focus on Black Agenda Radio this week. We are joined by the author of a new book on Chinese socialism in the 21st century, who explains why the U.S. and its allies are so hostile to the People’s Republic of China as it seeks cooperation. But in our first interview we hear from Dr. Gerald Horne, who analyzes U.S. foreign policy as the Ukraine conflict grinds on. He discusses why new powers emerge as the U.S. tries to maintain domination, even as it falters in the process.
