This week we discuss claims that non-citizens are voting when all evidence proves that assertion to be untrue. We also talked about U.S. policy towards Niger, which has publicly declared that it is no longer permitting U.S. military facilities to operate in that country. But first, we talk to a former Black Agenda Report contributor about China, U.S. policy towards that country, and what we can learn from person-to-person contact with that country.
