The African Peoples Socialist Party’s Uhuru House was raided by FBI agents in St. Petersburg, Florida as was the Uhuru Solidarity Center in St. Louis, Missouri in July 2022. He is assumed to be one of those named as “unindicted coconspirators” in a federal case. He wrote an essay entitled, “The FBI Wants to Put Me On Trial for Fighting for Black Freedom.
